Location

The building is in downtown Charlotte North Carolina near restaurants, apartment complexes, and the Bank Of America stadium. This location has easy walking access to Urban life. I chose this location because 77% of downtown Charlotte’s population is between ages 18-32.  Millennials are very interested in this area and The Skye allows for easy access to healthcare, dining, and entertainment.
