This is the floor plan design. Opening up the exterior wall making the current kitchen a butler pantry and a large entertainment kitchen.

The client wanted a bar in there kitchen. This is an indoor outdoor bar with opening windows to a covered outdoor bar top.
BUTLER PANTRY RENDERING
The client does a lot of entertaining this is the view of the right side of the butlers pantry. Full of storage for appliances or cookbooks.
