NEXT Office
NEXT is an architecture and design firm based in Los Angeles, California. They work collaboratively with each other in all their offices. They pick the best teams from a variety of our offices to collaborate with each other so that they can provide clients with the best talent and targeted design solutions. NEXT is opening a new office in Dallas, Texas. The company is adjusting to hybrid work environment catered towards Gen Z.

Floor Plan
This NEXT office is located on the third floor of the Victory Commons One in Dallas Texas. This is the main floor plan along with the mezzanine floor plan. The left side of the office is meant to be a heads down focus space with the private offices. The right side is more relaxed for clients and guests. On the right shows the types of flooring used throughout the space.

Inspiration
Below is the inspiration behind the project. You will see the greens color scheme along with some warm orange tones. The staircase is meant to mimic the stringed look of the Dallas Bridge. There is also greenery, exposed brick, and wood tones to make the office warm and inviting.
Reception
This is the reception where guests will be greeted by a receptionist and has a place to sit while waiting for a designer or architect they may be meeting with.
Main Hallway
Following the reception desk is this open main hallway leading to the guest workstation, work cafe, conference room, mezzanine stairs, and meeting rooms.
Work Cafe
This is the work cafe where employees, guests, and clients can gather to have a meal or cup of coffee. There area a variety of seats and seating heights throughout to allow for many different tasks. The cafe has easy access to the conference room for guests.
Conference Room
The conference/presentation room is a space for designers to present projects to clients in an open area with power in the conference table for electronics.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine is an added design feature for more square footage and collaboration. There is a training room on the mezzanine and 3 phone booths. This space allows employers to have a change in scenery and a place to collaborate with each other.
Private Offices
In this office there are 3 different office layouts for a total of 8 offices. Each one is differing but has the same feel and materials. Each private office employee has open and closed storage.
Workstations
In this area their are 28 workstations. Each employee has a height adjustable desk, a storge credenza with a cushion, and a PowerStation. The workstations are separated by an acoustic felt panel.
